The CyberSat Summit is designed specifically for satellite industry executives, cybersecurity experts, military and government personnel, and leaders of the most vulnerable industries to discuss current threats and solutions for achieving end-to-end protection within the entire satellite ecosystem.
*CyberSat’s Classified Day will comprise of two half-day sessions on Wednesday, November 14 at MITRE. The morning session (8 a.m. – Noon) is a SCI session and will be held at a TOP SECRET//SI/TK//NOFORN level and the afternoon (1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.) is a collateral session and will be held at a SECRET//NOFORN level. You have the option to add-on either the full-day, which incorporates both the a.m. and p.m. sessions, or the afternoon half-day session only. The morning half-day session is not a standalone option. Attendance as a general attendee at this event is typically reserved for contractors, engineers, analysts, business and program managers, as well as cyber and satellite industry professionals. Federal Government & Uniformed Military must register with a valid .gov or .mil email address. CyberSat Summit’s Classified Day requires proof of valid TS//SI/TK clearance or TS clearance; dependent on registration. Should your registration not meet the requirements of this policy, you will be notified via email and contacted by a member of our team regarding altering or canceling your registration. Please be prepared to show identification when picking up your badge.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made before October 1, 2018 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $300. Registrants who do not cancel prior to October 1, 2018 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment of non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference. Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after October 1, 2018.
Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of the 2018 CyberSat Summit; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to clientservices@accessintel.com. We look forward to seeing you at the event!
